Welcome to AR Empires. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, property marketplace, subscription features, listing tools, and related services. By accessing or using AR Empires, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing properties, submitting an inquiry, purchasing a subscription, posting a listing, or otherwise using AR Empires, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Our Platform Role
AR Empires is an online real estate platform that enables users to discover properties and allows owners, agents, agencies, and authorized representatives to publish property listings. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AR Empires is not the owner, seller, landlord, buyer, tenant, broker, or legal representative in a property transaction. Users are responsible for independently verifying all property information and completing appropriate legal and financial due diligence before entering into any transaction.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or maintaining an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. You must promptly notify AR Empires if you suspect unauthorized account access. We may restrict or suspend accounts that contain false information, impersonate another person or business, or are used in violation of these Terms.
4. Property Listings and Advertisements
Users who submit property listings represent that they have the legal right or proper authorization to market the property. Listings must be accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading. You must not upload false prices, unavailable properties, duplicate spam listings, inaccurate locations, unauthorized photographs, discriminatory content, or any information that may deceive users. AR Empires may review, reject, edit for formatting, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.
5. Property Information and User Verification
Property descriptions, prices, photographs, measurements, amenities, availability, ownership claims, verification marks, and agent or agency information may be submitted by third parties. Although AR Empires may apply review or verification processes, we do not guarantee that every listing or user-provided statement is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for your needs. Buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords should independently confirm documents, ownership, approvals, identity, pricing, physical condition, and transaction terms before making payments or commitments.
6. Plans, Payments and Subscriptions
AR Empires may offer free or paid plans, promotional features, listing upgrades, subscriptions, trials, or other paid services. Prices, billing periods, included features, and applicable charges will be displayed before purchase. Online card payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, and AR Empires does not store full payment card details where payments are handled by such providers. Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, manual payments, refunds, and plan changes are subject to the terms displayed at checkout and any applicable refund or billing policy.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use AR Empires to commit fraud, publish false or illegal listings, impersonate others, collect data without authorization, send spam, upload malicious code, bypass security measures, interfere with platform operations, infringe intellectual property rights, discriminate unlawfully, promote prohibited transactions, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. We may investigate reported misuse and cooperate with lawful requests from relevant authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
The AR Empires name, branding, website design, software, interface, graphics, text, and platform content created by us are owned by or licensed to AR Empires and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users retain responsibility for content they upload, but grant AR Empires a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, distribute, and promote that content as necessary to operate and market the platform and the relevant listing.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
AR Empires provides the platform on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful transactions, investment returns, property availability, or the conduct of any user, owner, agent, agency, buyer, tenant, seller, landlord, or payment provider. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AR Empires will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or financial losses arising from property dealings, reliance on listings, user communications, service interruptions, unauthorized activity, or third-party services.
10. Suspension and Termination
AR Empires may suspend, limit, remove, or terminate access to accounts, listings, subscriptions, or platform features where we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse, security risk, non-payment, unlawful conduct, or a legal or regulatory requirement. You may stop using the platform at any time, subject to any outstanding payment, subscription, contractual, or legal obligations.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing AR Empires and its operations. Users are encouraged to first contact us to resolve complaints or disputes in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts or dispute-resolution forum having lawful jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, billing practices, or platform policies. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of AR Empires after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
