Follow this guide before creating your first listing. A complete profile, accurate property details, and clean media help your listing get approved faster and build buyer trust.
Complete these steps in order before you publish a property.
Login with your registered email. If you are a seller, agent, agency, or owner, make sure your account role is correct before creating a listing.
Add your real name, phone number, WhatsApp/contact details, profile photo or agency logo, service areas, and a clear professional bio.
If verification is requested, upload the required identity or business information. Verified profiles build more trust with buyers and tenants.
Keep title, purpose, category, city, area, address, size, price, currency, bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities, and nearby landmarks ready.
Use bright, clear photos of the exterior, rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, street view, floor plan, and any important facilities. Avoid blurry or misleading images.
Before publishing, confirm that property ownership, permission to list, pricing, and availability are accurate. Do not upload false or copied listings.
Go to Dashboard → Create Listing, fill all required fields carefully, upload property images, and review the preview before submission.
After submission, the listing may go through moderation. If rejected or sent back, update the missing details and submit again.
After approval, buyers can contact you. Keep your phone active, reply quickly, and update listing status if the property is sold, rented, or unavailable.
CNIC verification is required only to keep AR Empires safe, trusted, and free from fake or duplicate accounts. There is no need to worry — your CNIC information is used for verification purposes only and is not shown publicly on your profile or property listings.
We use your CNIC number to make sure that one identity can create only one account. This helps reduce fake agents, duplicate accounts, and spam listings.
You only need to upload one clear side of your ID card for verification. It is requested only so the admin team can review and approve your identity.
After successful verification, your profile can show verified status. This gives buyers, sellers, and tenants more confidence when contacting you.
Your CNIC number and uploaded ID image are not displayed publicly on your profile, property listings, or frontend pages.
Complete your profile first, then add your property information carefully. Accurate listings perform better and reduce approval delays.
